Langhua volunteers spread love in a simple, frank and sunny organizational atmosphere, and continuously deepen their efforts in practicing Hailir's core values.

Looking at the world, the delta virus is raging, and the battle against the epidemic continues. At the same time, with the advent of the end, the weather is getting hotter and hotter. At this time, front-line workers are still sticking to the front line. They either stick to their posts, strictly control entry and exit, and build a strong line of defense against the epidemic; or they are conscientious and work hard to protect the beautiful environment of their homes. In order to further promote the core value of “Thanksgiving and Repay” and demonstrate Hailir's social responsibility and public welfare responsibility, the group started from supporting the anti-epidemic and caring front-line, combined with its own reality, launched the “Caring for Strugglers and Protecting Their Homes” public welfare activities.

At 10 o'clock in the morning on August 17, Langhua volunteers drove to Pingdu Xinhe Industrial Park and gathered with the Hengning "Heng Ai" charity team to kick off the first Pingdu regional charity event. This activity was carried out for Pingdu Xinhe security personnel and sanitation workers, caring for a total of about 30 people. These silent strugglers, either to build a safety line of defense, or to maintain the sanitation of the park, and played an important role in the anti-epidemic cause and environmental maintenance of the park. 

Greetings to the warriors against the epidemic

The delta virus caught off guard made the hot weather even more tense and depressing. At present, the situation in Pingdu's epidemic prevention and control is grim, which coincides with the high temperature and heat, which poses a major test for frontline epidemic prevention workers. In the morning of the same day, Henning Bio-Human Administrative Manager Jing Yingjie and Henning Biosafety Director Pan Yong led a group of volunteers to the Xinhe Police Station to express condolences to the public security police fighting on the front line of the epidemic.

A group of 5 volunteers delivered heatstroke prevention and cooling materials such as watermelon and mineral water to the front-line staff of the police station, and expressed sincere condolences and gratitude to them on behalf of all employees of the company, and extended their lofty respect for their protection of the people during the fight against the epidemic ! After receiving the heavy cooling supplies, Director Chen was deeply moved: "Serving the people is what we should do." There is no time to calm down, but to move forward with heavy burdens.

Caring for the environment guards

At the end of the three-volt period, the high temperature does not decrease. As the Hengning project is under construction, it is more difficult to maintain the environment than other nearby factories. However, the sanitation workers in the park performed their duties and worked hard, and kept the roads around the project very clean.

At about 14:00 in the afternoon, which is also the hottest time of the day, the volunteers set off again and delivered watermelons, towels, soap and other consolation supplies to the 22 sanitation workers in the park. The volunteers shook hands with the representatives of the sanitation workers one by one and thanked them; the sanitation workers were very grateful for this: "Thanks to Hailirli Guolimin for the good projects!"

Leader Li of the park sanitation team praised Hailir’s public welfare activities: “Hengning is the first to play the banner of a humanities factory in the park. Today, I feel the temperature from Hailir and admire it very much. I hope that Hengning will be completed soon. Become a benchmark for the park and make greater contributions to the social economy."

This event is the first time that Langhua volunteers walked into Pingdu, supported the anti-epidemic cause, drove social welfare forces, realized "face-to-face" care and "heart-to-heart" condolences with front-line strugglers, and practiced the "grateful return" The core values of Hailir.
